Eligibility for Returns
We want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable or custom-made items
- Opened pet food or treats
- Grooming tools or accessories that have been used
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Description of the issue
- Order number
- Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging
Return Process
To request a return:
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
- Email us at petparade.sb@outlook.com with your order number and reason.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3–10 business days to reflect.
