Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable or custom-made items
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Grooming tools or accessories that have been used

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Description of the issue
  • Order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
  • Wait for approval and return instructions.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3–10 business days to reflect.
